Repair my controller

This is where you can send us your controller for repair. We will branch out to a wider selection of other controllers for repair soon. 

On the checkout page there will be a section to provide 'special instructions'. Please describe your issues here. If we cannot fix your controller, we will return it to you for free and issue a refund.

Process breakdown: 

1. Once you purchase this, you will receive an email soon after with an address to send to (including advise on how to package and send).
2. Once you have sent the controller, email us at 'Mystickcustoms@gmail.com' with the tracking link (or number) so we can keep an eye out for it.
3. When we receive the controller, we will conduct our works. In most most cases this is done in 5-10 working days but may be much sooner if repairs are minimal. 
4. We will post back the controller and provide you a tracking link.
